Imagine hitting 30 and ending up locked up for a bit because life got wild. I had a mental breakdown fueled by some messy choices with drugs and booze that landed me in hot water. Sure, it was rough, and yeah, some folks wrote me off for good. But! That mess got me the help I totally needed and a proper diagnosis. Dark days for sure, but can’t say I’d change that plot twist.
