Years Of Neglect? Consider Them Blasted!
This one was a real doozy!
Took a full 12 hours and battled more weeds than I thought possible.
Think of a power washer like a water hose on steroids - about 75 times stronger than your regular garden sprayer. This beast blasts away grime, moss, and all sorts of nasties without any harsh chemicals. It's like a spa day for your deck or driveway!
Concrete, wood, bricks - you name it, it cleans it. Plus, clearing out gunk stops rot and cracks. Win-win!
Best part? You can hook it up to your hose and start blasting in no time.
She’s Basically Brand New Now
So Satisfying To Watch
Power washing is the ultimate chill watch. People got hooked on watching layers of grime disappear way before TikTok was a thing - thanks to Reddit and YouTube showing off the coolest transformations.
Now, apps like Instagram make it a scrolling addiction, and some pros even turn dirty cars into showstoppers, all in a few satisfying blasts.

New Home, New Life for This Mess
I'll sweep up the leftover leaves once it dries up, but the big clean is done!

Experts say fixing a mess really fast is like a mini brain vacation. It's oddly calming and super rewarding.
Block Paving Glow-Up
Low Pressure, Big Change
Cleaned one side of this concrete tile roof yesterday, taking it easy with lower pressure to avoid damage. Followed up with biocide so it stays fresh for a while!
Finally, After 7+ Years!
House hadn’t seen a cleaning in over 6 years, and the fence was a decade old. First wash, massive difference!
Honestly, watching a dirty patio turn spotless feels like a happiness bomb dropped in your brain. It triggers that awesome dopamine hit without breaking a sweat.
Who knew cleaning could feel this good without lifting a finger?

Going Soft On Cedar Shingles
Giving the whole house and patio a gentle TLC power wash. Steps: wet shingles, sodium percarbonate soak, citric acid rinse, and fresh water finish. High pressure is only for the bottom bits where dirt loves to hide.

Walkway Getting Its Groove Back
Power washing got so popular it inspired a video game! PowerWash Simulator lets you blast filthy spots to sparkling clean while you chill. It's surprisingly addictive - like the perfect stress buster.
The game was actually inspired by real-life power washing obsessions online. Talk about art imitating life!

Newbie Power Washer Trying To Impress (Plus Edging Bonus)
Played PowerWash Sim, got inspired, and went from zero to washing my own place untouched for 20 years. Pacific Northwest’s rain means green everywhere, so this was a big job with a cheap Ryobi electric washer. No chemicals, just water and elbow grease.
Started with the back patio, grabbed a surface cleaner, and worked my way around. Learned to sweep water to see the real clean spots. Any tips - other than ‘buy a gas washer’ - are welcome!

Today’s Super Mossy Patio Adventure
Long-time customer finally let me go full moss-buster on the back patio and walkway. Over 30 gallons of moss removed! Had to go turbo early on because it was a green monster out there. Weather was nice, so it made for a good day.
Cleaning Before Moving Out
Last cleaned about 3 years ago, helped the old landlady by giving the entrance a good scrub before moving out. Cheap power washer needed some help with the stuck algae.

Driveway and walkway for a condo I did today. This place has 18 buildings and 62 units, and I’m handling moss removal for roofs, gutters, and driveways. Everyone loves a good clean!
FYI: The after pic was taken while still wet, so the slight green tinge is just water, I swear!

Block Paving Cleaning Saga
Rented a petrol jet washer and rotary cleaner to tackle my block paving. Dirty gaps meant I had to switch to the lance attachment for the real deep clean despite slow runs and overlapping passes with the rotary. The jet washer hits 140 bar with a decent flow, but I’m thinking of upgrading to 210 bar to speed things up. Any advice?
